Processing Time

All Shyne orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner, BobGo, for delivery.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (Free): 3–12 working days
• Express Shipping (R60): Priority handling for faster delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, BobGo will send you a tracking link and delivery updates directly via WhatsApp, so you can follow your package every step of the way — no need to log in anywhere or check your email.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping is free on all orders.
• Express shipping is available at checkout for R60.

This store ships within South Africa only. If you're shopping from outside South Africa, please visit your local Shyne store for shipping rates and delivery times in your country (e.g. tryshyne.co.uk, tryshyne.com.au, etc.).

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, delays can occasionally happen due to courier volume, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out and we'll help track it down.
